Stambolian allows 14 days for a full refund, and 30 days for store credit on returned items. Jewelry must be returned in original condition with tags attached. You are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. Our main office is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11am – 5pm EST for order processing. For any special orders , please allow a minimum of 3 weeks processing time and additional 4-6 weeks for production. For special sizing, please allow a minimum of 1 week processing time. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes and all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
